HOW TO ORDER:
- Select your item and quantity and click add to cart.
- Go to your basket to checkout.
- Enter your contact and shipping details. You do not need to make an account on this website for you to proceed with your order. Please TRIPLE check your email address as any errors would resort in you not getting ANY updates or order confirmations from us.
- Put your Twitter/Facebook username in the 'REMARK' section. You can also put a remark if you wish for combine shipments or for your parcels to be sent during office hours, etc.
- Select your desired payment method. You can choose between bank transfer or Maybank QRPay. Click 'Place Order Now'.
- Check your email. You will receive an email from us saying that your order is confirmed. You will receive your order number beginning from #1XXX.
- However, our admin is still pending payment for your order. Follow the instructions below on how to make payment for your order and upload your receipt in the required section.
Bank transfer:
Maybank QRPay: - Wait for 1-2 days for our admins to confirm your order. Once our admins have confirmed and double-checked with their bank accounts, the admins will change your status from 'UNPAID' to 'PAID'. You will receive another email saying that we have received your payment.
- You will also receive an invoice generated for your paid order.
- Since most of our items are on pre-order basis, you need to wait for 1-3 months for the items to arrive. You can either check our Twitter under the hashtag #TUMYGOUpdates or in our page GO Updates. For items with second payment, you will need to repeat the steps 1-7 again once our admins have finalized the second payment fees.
- When we have received your second payment, we will now proceed to ship your items. It will take 2-3 days for us to process and pack your order.
- Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive the final email stating that your order has been fulfilled and you can now track your parcel.

- If there is any damage to your items or if you've lost your parcel, please follow the steps in our terms and conditions here. Please report to us via FB/Twitter or email within 48 hours for us to help file a claim.
